Monkey Bread

Summary

This is great for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients

4 small cans refrigerator biscuits

1 1/2 tbs cinnamon

1/2 cup butter

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

 

Directions

Pour white sugar and cinnamon into a plastic bag and mix.

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.

Add biscuits in samll batches to cinnamon/sugar mixture; shake to coat.

Place coated biscuits in a buttered Bundt or Tube pan.

 

Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil in a saucepan and pour over top of biscuits.

 

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.  Allow to cool for 15 minutes.

 

Turn pan upside down on serving plate.
