Easy Alfredo Sauce

Not bragging, but I prefer this over the stuff from The Olive Garden!

1 block cream cheese - fat free actually works best!

1 stick butter

1 cup milk

1 cup parmesean cheese

garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and nutmeg to taste - a dash or a sprinkle will do just fine.

Put all ingredients in a sauce pan.

Whisk together over low heat - you have to stir almost continually or it might stick to the bottom of the pan.

Sauce is done when all ingredients are melted together and it starts to bubble.

Serve over your favorite pasta or use as a dipping sauce for breadsticks.
